[Details of Customer Request]
Request details” text to “During the course of a major beverage manufacturer’s business trip to Vietnam, we were approached by the manufacturer to assist with organising an exchange/interaction session with local university students as a means of conducting on-the-ground market research focused on understanding the consumer demands and market trends in the area.
[Project Implementation]
In response to this request, we contacted a local university to connect with Japanese speaking students who would be interested in participating. Having gathered a sizeable group of students, we paired them up with a group of 5 employees, and they would walk around the city exploring the local F&B scene to gain a better understanding of consumer demands and market trends in the area. This approach was far more accurate and useful than employing other methods, as it enabled us to source local opinions and perspectives.

[Customer Feedback]
After two weeks of getting to know and working alongside the local university students, we had a Dinner Party where we realised that despite the relatively short duration spent together, we had got along very well. Furthermore, I feel as though we successfully conducted valuable market research during our time here, and it will provide important insights for us.
