We were approached by a social media consultancy firm to assist the newly opened Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei with translating their Instagram posts into English and Mandarin with the aim of reaching consumers in Australia and Singapore.

The aim of this project was to reach consumers in Australia and Singapore, specifically to gain their attention regarding the grand opening of the hotel. With this in mind, we translated a total of three Instagram posts on their social media account into English and Mandarin.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has made foreign travel to Japan difficult; we have kept our focus on post-pandemic recovery, which is especially important to us as a newly opened hotel. To this end, we have enlisted the help of public relations firms to boost our social media presence and garner attention in foreign countries. For us, J.force’s experience in the tourism industry was very helpful, as their staff were already familiar with the nuances of the tourism industry and were thus able to render the relevant assistance to us. Overall, we are very satisfied with the final product and the professional handling of the entire process.
