At the request of a Joint Tourism Board representing Hiroshima and Shimane Prefectures in Japan, we arranged and hosted a meeting between the Joint Tourism Board and major travel agencies in Singapore to foster new business ties and help promote the tourism industry in Hiroshima and Shimane Prefectures.

Shortly after we received this request; we set about contacting major travel agencies in Singapore. Using our existing connections and experience in the travel industry, we secured the attendance of five major travel agencies to the proposed meeting with the Joint Tourism Board. Having finalised the list of attendees, we moved to reserve an adequate venue for this meeting, choosing a hotel in the city centre that would be convenient for all parties and would have the adequate infrastructure to support a large-scale face-to-face business meeting. Our staff worked closely with hotel staff to ensure that the meetings ran smoothly and served as interpreters between the two parties to guarantee a fruitful and mutually beneficial meeting.
